WIG RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. All wigs that were on sale especially final sale are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
The return must be initiated by contacting us within 3 days of receipt of the order
Please note that there will be restocking fee on the original wig price from your full refund. If the item you wish to return is proven as defective or damaged, we will waive the restocking fee.
15% restocking fee on all orders paid in full using a credit card (non-installment plan)
20% restocking fee on all orders paid using an installment plan
Services like sizing, color, cut, thinning, etc service costs are non refundable.
